<<Singles Dark Match>>
Visper Karr (O) vs. Beryl Irving (X)
Running Face Kick, 10:11, 83%
Beryl Irving, apparently having gone and studied tape of Visper Karr’s matches in OG-Joshi and McLanahan Pro, tried to work this match smarter, doing all she could to avoid and neutralize Visper’s kicks and suplexes and just trying to wear Karr down. This worked for about five minutes, as Visper caught Beryl with an Overhead Kick (causing Don West to shout, from miles away, “PELÉ! THE PELÉ!!”), knocking Beryl for a loop and giving Visper control. Visper took Beryl apart with various kicks from equally various angles, and just when Irving was getting kicked-out, Visper hit a springboard cross-body block for a near-fall, which leads right into the Running Face Kick for the win.
[Visper:] Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Outbreak! We’ve got quite the sho--
[Jr.:] Wait, wait.
[Visper:] What?
[Jr.:] When were you going to tell me?
[Visper:] Tell you what? That this is Outbreak?
[Jr.:] Noooooooooo. That you had a match with Victoria!
[Visper:] Oh, that. Well, you already know about it, so what’s the use in talking about it, right now, on our show?
[Jr.:] Well, I just wanna know something.
[Visper:] ... What?
[Jr.:] Is her ass really that big? I mean, is it firm or is it kinda flabby and saggy? I bet it’s firm. It looks firm.
[Visper:] mutters under her breath Oh, God, what did I do to deserve this?
[Jr.:] huh?
[Visper:] I, um... I said, uh... screw you, you damned pervert, we wrestled a dark match, not shot footage for Girls Gone Wild.
[Jr.:] So... is that a “flabby”?
[Visper:] HER ASS WAS DISTRACTING, OKAY?!?
[Jr.:] Well I know that.
[Visper:] Just... let’s get on with the show, okay?
[Jr.:] Fine, if you’re gonna be a baby about it.
[Visper:] Grr... >_<
We join our currently scheduled promo already in progress.
Inside the ring stand Colleen, Zachary Valentine, Galcian, Phil Buster, boss-man moto, and the NDP Champion, Matt Shane. The competitors at FORSAKEN stand off in separate corners, with moto between them all, mic in hand.
[motosada:] At FORSAKEN, the four NDP Superstars standing in the ring with me right now will be competing for the New Damage Prowrestling Championship in a very unique match-up. But, as I'm sure you all know about that already, I'm going to concentrate on tonight. You see, tonight, in this very ring, the New Damage Prowrestling Champion, Matt Shane, will face-off against one of his three challengers in singles competition tonight. Now, while Matt Shane and Colleen have faced off before, and Matt Shane and Phil Buster have set an exciting standard for NDP Championship matches with their time limit draw match on the first-ever episode of Outbreak, and their rematch on Maelstrom. However, Matt Shane has yet to face Galcian in singles competition, and that's why tonight, that match will be your main event!
The crowd doesn't seem to hate that idea, which is good. Colleen's not a fan, however, grabbing a mic and making her way to the center of the ring.
[Colleen:] Now, you wait a damned minute! I'm not going to have my accomplishments leading up to FORSAKEN be crapped on by you! I've beaten the best NDP has to offer, and still, nobody here gives me any respect! And if you think--
[motosada:] Hey, let's get something straight here; the match has been made, it's final. You'll get your shot at Matt Shane at FORSAKEN, just like Phil Buster will, just like Galcian will. If you have a problem with it, quit bitching and do something about it. Okay?
Colleen's expression turns sour. If looks could kill, moto and everyone standing behind him would be goo. Or, maybe a fine powder mist. She brings the mic up, holding it in place for a moment.
[Colleen:] I will!
Colleen exits the ring and tosses the mic to a stagehand, walking to the back, with Zach Valentine trailing right behind.
[motosada:] Er... Well... With that taken care of, Matt Shane versus Adam Galcian, tonight!
Matt Shane, NDP Championship around his waist, and Galcian step to the center of the ring and shake hands, getting all intense and metal-facey as we fade to commercial.
--Commercial break--
[Visper:] Man. Tonight must be bi-polar chick night. The only person we're missing is Roselyn Pride.
[Jr.:] Where the hell is Roselyn Pride, anyway?
[Visper:] Well, because she and Trent Kasta would probably kill each other if they were both in the building, management decided to keep them both at home until FORSAKEN. Wouldn't wanna lose out on a money match, after all.
[Jr.:] Very true. We GOTS to get paid!
[Visper:] ... Never, everever evereverever eeeeeeeeeeeeeever say anything like that again.
[Jr.:] ... 'kay.
[Visper:] ANYWAY. Crazy bitches for the night #2 and #3 - commonly known as "Princess Aika" and "Charcoal Lady" - continue their fight against the evil of the, uh... EvilVerse in this tag match against Diva Dynamite and the NDP Light-Heavyweight Champion Akira Blaze.
[Jr.:] Akira and Princess Aika face off for the Light-Heavyweight Championship at FORSAKEN, and although I doubt either of them need to scout their opponent any more than they already have, but that didn't seem to stop anyone from booking it.
[Visper:] You know Princess Aika is lookin' forward to it, though. She messed up Akira Blaze's arm a couple shows ago by hitting that Flash Magic diving knee kick to the arm of Akira Blaze, and Akira's been working through it ever since. We all know that Princess Aika likes to utilize a shining triangle submission move to bust up her opponents, and all signs point to Princess Aika looking to do just that at FORSAKEN, but this time, to become the NDP Light-Heavyweight Champion.
<<Tag Team Match>>
Light-Heavyweight Champion Akira Blaze
and
Diva Dynamite
vs.
The warriors of the Flash Kingdom against two masked combatants from a bit closer to home. Princess Aika and Akira Blaze start it off with a double Greco-Roman knuckle lock and Akira bends Princess Aika back, showing her strength early on. Akira holds the knuckle locks, pulls Princess Aika back up, monkey flip, Akira rolls back onto Princess Aika but Princess gets her feet up, shoves Akira off, Akira lands on her feet and Princess Aika rolls to hers, hops up onto Akira’s shoulders, hurricanrana; one, tw-- kickout!
Knuckle locks still tightly applied, Princess Aika rolls back this time, Akira kicks her off, rolls up, turns the knuckle locks over to twist the arms of Princess Aika, double knuckle lock suplex and Akira holds the bridge; one, two, t-- kickout!
Both ladies still holding onto those knuckle locks, Princess Aika shoves Akira away then back in quickly as she brings her leg up, pulling Akira right into her foot. Akira releases the locks, Princess Aika snaps off a butterfly suplex and tags in Charcoal Lady.
Akira to her feet, Charcoal Lady with a side headlock. Akira lifts, going for a back drop, Charcoal Lady rolls out, grabs Akira from behind and runs her into the ropes, Akira grabs hold of the ropes as Charcoal rolls back in a failed reverse sunset flip attempt, Akira bounds off the ropes as Lady is back to her feet, looking for a lariat and Charcoal ducks, Akira bouncing off the other side, twisting belly-to-belly from Charcoal Lady! Akira slow to get back up, and Diva Dynamite makes the blind tag.
Diva starts laying into Charcoal Lady with rights, going for a lariat, Charcoal ducks and nails Diva with a pendulum backbreaker. Charcoal Lady pulls Diva to her feet-- DYNAMITE CRUSHER!! Diva hit the Dynamite Crusher!! Diva covers; one, two, thr-- KICKOUT!!!
Diva is in shock, pulls Charcoal to her feet, rears back for a big one-leg headbutt but Charcoal catches her with a big ol’ right slap as Diva went for it. Charcoal Lady falls back and makes the tag to Princess Aika.
Princess Aika with a butterfly suplex on Diva. Hard Irish whip into the corner and Diva bounces out like a rubber ball. Princess with a diving knee to Diva’s head from the middle rope. Suplex form Princess Aika, goes to follow up with a back drop but Diva rolls off her shoulders and hits a back drop of her own before tagging in Akira.
Akira slingshots in with a tope onto Princess Aika, rolls to her feet and takes to the ropes as Princess Aika starts up to her feet, Akira looking for the lariat again but Princess Aika nails a dropkick to the outstretched arm of Akira Blaze! Akira drops to the mat, holding her arm... Princess Aika may’ve hyper-extended the arm of Akira Blaze!! Princess Aika with a Molly Holly snap screw on Akira’s arm, and another, and then drags Akira to the Flash Senshi corner before hitting another snap screw. Tag out to Charcoal Lady.
Charcoal with a kneedrop to Akira’s arm, tags in Princess Aika. Princess hops up and hits a diving double stomp to Akira’s arm, takes a moment to pose, and tags Charcoal Lady back in. Charcoal Lady applies a Fujiwara armbar on Akira, keeping it on as Akira struggles to the ropes, Akira makes it and Charcoal lets go. Charcoal stomps at the arm, tags in Princess Aika, and Princess goes right into the Magical Girl Triangle!! Diva in, trying to break the Magical Girl Triangle, but Charcoal Lady stops Diva’s meddling with a running elbow smash! Charcoal pulls Diva up, hip toss over the ropes to the outside, and Diva hits the floor HARD!! Akira gets a foot to the ropes, forcing Princess Aika to break the Magical Girl Triangle, and Princess Aika tags out to Charcoal Lady.
Charcoal Lady pulls Akira up, Fisherman DDT! She looks to Princess Aika and motions to Diva on the outside, who is slowly getting up. Princess Aika gives a big thumbs up (Hoooooooooooooooo!!) and climbs up the turnbuckle-- Flash Magic on Diva Dynamite! ...!!!! DEADLY HEAT ON CHARCOAL LADY!! Akira Blaze hit that from nowhere, crumples Charcoal Lady on her head, makes the pin; one, two, three!!!
Akira Blaze wins by pinfall
Time: 15.10
Rating: 81%
Princess Aika runs into the ring to break up the pin, but too late, and Akira Blaze rolls out of the ring as the referee holds her good arm up in victory. Princess Aika stomps around in the ring, yelling “NO, NO, NO!!!” as Akira returns to the back, holding her injured arm.
--Commercial break--
[Visper:] Well, as we all know, FORSAKEN is coming up very soon (eventually, maybe). So, just to keep track of everything, we're gonna have a good ol' fashioned run-down of the card. HIT THE MUSIC!!
Save Yourself by Stabbing Westward begins playing, and that must mean it's handy-dandy Supercard video package time!
[Visper:] The English Icon, Randy Isiac, faces off against Domino. This was actually the first match signed for FORSAKEN, as Domino requested to face another technical wrestler from the Light-Heavyweight Division to prove herself.
[Jr.:] This will certainly be a technical masterpiece; Domino has been proving herself time and time again to be an extremely gifted technical wrestler, although she hasn't exactly had the best win-loss record here in NDP. This may just be her last chance to prove to herself that she can keep pace, however.
[Visper:] Trent Kasta and NDP's resident psycho broad, Roselyn Pride, will face off once again. These two first faced-off in Kasta's first NDP match over a year ago, where Roselyn was knocked out pretty solidly by Trent's Orange Crush Jackknife. They met again at SuperKickFest04 in a nasty affair, which saw the returning Roselyn Pride choke out Kasta.
[Jr.:] Since then, it appears that Roselyn not only begun stalking Kasta, but at one point held him captive and, get this, dressed him up in a giant teddy bear suit. ;
[Visper:] Bitches is kinky.
[Jr.:] Indeed.
[Visper:] Gene Starr and Victor Harris will be having a rematch from SuperKickFest04 as well, but with a twist; they'll be facing each other in a Submission match.
[Jr.:] Gene had originally wanted the match to take place right after SuperKickFest04, making the challenge for the first Maelstrom after SuperKickFest04, but boss-man decided that a match that big would be best held until FORSAKEN. Hopefully, he'll be right.
[Visper:] Gene certainly holds the advantage in this one, as he has many years experience as a mixed martial-artist. MMA is a very brutal combat sport, and Gene has shown his proficiency in submission arts many times in NDP.
[Jr.:] Vic Harris... we're not so sure about. He has shown that he can use submission holds, but, not to any real proficiency. He appears to be facing a big uphill battle here, and accepting this match may've been a big mistake on his part.
[Visper:] Flip Staley has a bit of redemption ahead of him, facing off against Mr. E, the man who seemingly "broke" Flip's girl Aika at SuperKickFest04.
[Jr.:] Mr. E and Aika Sugiyama had a very short match at SuperKickFest04, which ended with Mr. E hitting the Phenominal Mystery on Aika, knocking her right onto her head. Since then, she hasn't exactly been "normal", not that she was very normal to begin with.
[Visper:] Flip has demanded this match, and Mr. E has been more than glad to give it to him. You gotta know that Flip intends to brutalize Mr. E, but bets are that Mr. E has the same plan. This one'll hit hard, and fast, and someone might just have a hospital stay afterward.
[Jr.:] Kaori NiGHT has been trying to get a match against Jo Ryder for many months now - over a year, frankly - and Jo seems to keep slipping away each time they're to match up. At FORSAKEN, Kaori has challenged Jo to Three Stages of Hell; a normal one-fall match, a submission match, and a light tube deathmatch. Will she finally get it, or will we have to wait one more time to see the Queens of Professional Wrestling face-off?
[Visper:] Princess Aika will be facing Akira Blaze for the NDP Light-Heavyweight Championship. Princess Aika has been looking for this one for awhile, even going so far as to have her group attack Akira every chance they can get.
[Jr.:] Princess Aika calls Akira Blaze a source of Evil in NDP, but, I think it's just an excuse for her to chance the Light-Heavyweight Championship. After all, Princess Aika did say the same thing about Kristin Blade before she and her Flash Senshi totally demolished Kristin and sent her to the hospital, and we haven't seen Kristin in NDP since.
[Visper:] Princess Aika has been taking every opportunity to weaken and wear down Akira, but Akira Blaze has shown herself to be a fighting champion, and her passion to be Champion may help her through any damage that Princess Aika may do.
[Jr.:] And finally, our main event. A Rolling Two-Falls Match for the NDP Championship. Matt Shane's next defense as NDP Champion may be his last, or it could be a big step in solidifying himself as the face of NDP.
[Visper:] Galcian, Phil Buster, and Colleen have all fought their way to this match, this opportunity to be NDP Champion, and none of them are going to go down without a hell of a fight. They're all fighting for the same goal here, and the first of the four competitors to get two straight falls will leave the NDP Champion.
[Jr.:] And that's really what it's all about.
Save Yourself stops playing, and we fade to BREAKING NEWS!!!1
Fade in to boss moto's office. Sitting behind his desk, he holds a sheet of paper in his hand.
[motosada:] As you may or may not have heard, Phil Buster recently rescinded his contract with New Damage Prowrestling, just after the taping of this episode of Outbreak. So, with an NDP Championship match with one missing component, I have decided that instead of having the Rolling Two-Falls match be restricted to Matt Shane, Colleen, and Galcian, that there will be a fourth competitor in that match. That fourth competitor will be the winner of Flip Staley versus Mr. E. So, either Flip or Mr. E will get their shot at the NDP Championship at FORSAKEN. All they have to do, is not lose to each other.
Fade out.
--Commercial break--
[Jr.:] Our next match should prove to be an interesting one. Gene Starr, a former shoot-fighter, takes on the lucha libre star Ave del Dolor. A clash of styles, to be certain.
[Visper:] Since Victor Harris had a match last Outbreak against the NDP Champion in the Time Challenge, management felt it only right that Gene Starr have competition before FORSAKEN, so as to not level the playing field in either man's favor.
[Jr.:] It didn't work out too well in Vic Harris' favor, though, as Matt Shane disposed of him quite handily to secure himself as the first entrant into the NDP Championship Rolling Two-Falls Match. And on the last Outbreak, Ave himself faced Galcian in a match in the very same Time Challenge. It was a technical masterwork, right up until they started dropping each other on their necks.
[Visper:] We know Gene is hurting right now, the victim of a large amount of abuse from Colleen in the NDP Championship Series match. Not to say, necessarily, that Colleen fucked Gene up; more that Colleen was cheating throughout the whole match, as it turns out she was loading her boots with weighted plates.
[Jr.:] Quite a clever equalizer from Colleen, as she continues to show that she'll go to every length to become NDP Champion.
<<Singles Match>>
Gene Starr
vs.
Ave del Dolor
Gene started the match off with an Irish whip and a HUGE left punch. Like, Gene was shaking his hand out and Ave was down for a good six-count. Gene could’ve probably picked up the win there, but didn’t even bother, just standing in wait for the technico.
Gene and Ave busted into some chain wrestling, Ave going for the very quick and impactful moves common in lucha libre, whereas Gene was surprisingly using a more European-style of chain wrestling, utilizing twists and wrenches as opposed to arm drags and pinning moves. After a beautiful Japanese arm drag from Ave, he started to work in a couple holds on Starr, but Gene was having none of that, dropping Ave into the guard position and pounding away with punches and elbows as Ave did his best to protect his head.
Breaking the guard, Starr continued to attack with punches and kicked and some European uppercuts mixed in for good measure. Ave managed to pull Gene into an inverted pendulum backbreaker - pendulum rib breaker? - and put on a cobra twist, and Gene is visibly still feeling the effects of Colleen’s weight-loaded boot. Ave worked in a few more submissions, transitioning from one to another whenever Gene would get near the ropes. Gene managed to finally get to the ropes but Ave pulled him back to the center of the ring and nails a Canadian backbreaker drop, stands Gene up into a Canadian hammer rib breaker (slinging Gene down from a Canadian hammer so Gene lands across the knee of Ave), then sits Gene up, locking in what would be best described as a full nelson with Ave using his legs. Looks like someone’s a Roderick Strong fan.
After a long moment, Ave releases the hold and starts driving knees into Gene’s ribs. Ave pulls Gene up, hard Irish whip into the corner and Gene slams hard into the turnbuckle and then the mat. Ave with another Irish whip, this time to the ropes, and Gene makes Ave pay with a jumping knee before dropping to the mat, holding his ribs. As Gene and Ave get up, Gene starts in with step kicks, ends with a big knee smash, sending Ave reeling to the corner, Gene scrapes his sole across Ave’s face, takes to the ropes on his left and nails a running knee, then takes to the ropes on his right, coming back with the big running face wash!
Gene pulls Ave to his feet, Ave with a shot to Gene’s ribs, hits the Dangerous DDT! Ave covers; one, two, th--kickout!
Starr and Ave begin trading off strikes and DDTs, blue thunder powerbomb from Dolor; one, two, thre--KICKOUT!!
Ave calling for the end, going to set Gene up for a modified Emerald Flowsion -- Gene doesn’t let Ave get him all the way into position, sliding off Ave’s shoulders, Ave turns around right into the Outlaw’s Edge! Gene covers; one, two, three!!
Gene Starr wins by pinfall
Time: 15.42
Rating: 96%
Gene immediately rolls out of the ring, holding his ribs, and Ave might’ve fucked something up bad. A trainer comes from the back to help Gene through the curtain to the backstage.
[Visper:] Gene Starr with a hell of a victory over Ave del Dolor. Ave fought a good match, knowing where to strike on Gene, but Starr just would not go down, taking the brutal offense of Ave, as well as a variety of submission moves designed solely to work over Gene’s injured rubs, and still manages to pull off the victory.
[Jr.:] The trainers in the back are checking him over right now, making sure that Gene didn’t break anything, and making sure that Gene will still be in shame to compete at FORSAKEN.
[Visper:] If I’m Victor Harris, I’m doing research, trying to figure out just how to use Gene’s condition to my advantage.
[Jr.:] Well, you’re not. Which is good, because otherwise, I wouldn’t feel right about sneaking peeks at your chest.
[Visper:] I have never hated your more than I do right now.
[Jr.:] I’ll… take that as a compliment. ^_^
[Visper:] Ugh. -_-
--Commercial break--
[Visper:] As announced earlier, our main event tonight is Matt Shane versus Adam Galcian, in a bit of a preview-slash-warm-up-slash-scouting match for FORSAKEN.
[Jr.:] Matt Shane may be more prepared for Galcian than Galcian is prepared for Matt Shane, as Matt Shane has had some excellent matches against Phil Buster, and the two wrestle a similar style. The main differences being that Galcian utilizes some strong power moves while Phil uses more suplexes. Also, Galcian is Canadian. I don't know exactly how that figures in to things, but I'm sure it matters somewhere to someone.
<<Singles Match>>
Champion Matt Shane
vs.
"Zealot" Adam Galcian
I'm... not really even gonna go into this one. Barely a minute in, Colleen made her way down to the ring, and just started blatantly interfering, until Phil Buster ran down to the ring to stop her. The referee got pissed, threw the match out, and decided to restart it as a tag team match.
YAY FOR PREDICTABILITY!!!
No Contest

[Jr.:] Since then, it appears that Roselyn not only begun stalking Kasta, but at one point held him captive and, get this, dressed him up in a giant teddy bear suit. ;
