Scene opens to the backstage area, as we see the leader of the Flash Senshi, Princess Aika, heading down to the ring with her tag partner, Akira Blaze. Suspiciously absent, however, are the other members of the Flash Senshi, The Charcoal Lady and Tuxedo Kazen (though Tuxedo Kazen is usually in a shadowy area anyway as to avoid being seen unless necessary). The two seem to be talking over some strategies as they prepare for their match, but it's hard to say since they blow past the camera pretty quick. Clean My Wounds by Corrosion of Conformity cuts in just as quick, bringing us the opening of Maelstrom!
[Miles:] Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to New Damage Prowrestling Maelstrom! I am Miles Bell, filling in for Visper Karr who will tonight be in action, and I'm joining the veteran, the old pro, the codger himself, my Outbreak announcing partner, Lann Avery, Jr.!
[Lann:] Howdy!
[Miles:] "Howdy", indeed! We've got a heck of a show lined up tonight, the last stop before the Ascension SuperCard Event, as Akira Blaze and Princess Aika team up against the Sin-Bound, featuring the new Light-Heavyweight Champion, Kazen!
[Lann:] And a huge main event that will see the Upper Class Connection of Jason Wesley and the returning Chapel Hillcrest teaming up with MDWF Champion Gene Starr against Team NDP, our featured team in the Universal Battle League, which is NDP Champion Colleen, Matt Shane, and Mr. E!
[Miles:] And we're going to start things off with a woman that absolutely does not want to be here; the former OG-Joshi World Champion, Holly Walker!
[Lann:] And why, pray tell, would Holly Walker not want to be here?
[Miles:] Probably because she's the former OG-Joshi World Champion!
[Lann:] And not only that, but...
[Miles:] Well, because it was our very own Visper Karr that defeated Holly for that Championship!
[Lann:] Bingo! Now, just be careful around Holly, kid. She doesn't seem to like us announcers here in NDP. And I don't think that's going to stop just because Visper isn't here.
[Miles:] Well, let's not forget as well, that Holly has one Nicole Dramesi hunting her down. That's enough to make anyone paranoid and antsy.
[Lann:] Yeah, but... Well, Nicole's banned from NDP. So we don't have to worry about that.
[Miles:] Ah, yes. Of course. Because that'll totally keep a vengeful Nicole Dramesi out of the building. A ban.
[Lann:] Yep!

"Bitch-Jitzu Mistress" Holly Walker
vs.
Paradigm
[Referee:] Joe Brown
Holly and Paradigm lock up, center of the ring, but to little avail; the lock-up breaks and Holly slaps Paradigm across the face! So Paradigm headbutts her! Holly reels back, and Paradigm charges in with a lariat, and he goes to follow up, but Holly gets on her knees, begging Paradigm to stop. Paradigm hesitates, and Holly Walker quickly flicks him in the eye, then stomps on his foot, then grabs his leg and slaps him across the face again, taking him down. Holly gets on top, rubbing her forearm across the bridge of Paradigm's nose, cackling as she does, until the referee forces her off.
Holly kicks Paradigm in the knee, and then goes after the knee with a joint lock. Holly's trying to soften up Paradigm for that H-Lock, stomping at the knee now. Holly lets Paradigm get to his feet, tries for a headlock, but gets backdropped for her trouble. Paradigm with a northern lights suplex for a two-count!
Holly again kicks Paradigm in the knee, going for that joint lock again, she lets Paradigm gets up and then lariats his leg! Holly takes to the ropes and nails Paradigm with a low dropkick to the face, and she locks in the H-Lock [Reverse Figure Four]! Paradigm is struggling, trying to get to the ropes or to roll over, but Holly isn't making it easy for him; she keeps leaning back to apply more pressure on the H-Lock, and to shift her weight back as well. Paradigm scratches and claws, shouting in pain the whole time, and he's able to make it to the ropes! Holly starts shouting "NO NO NO NONO!" and yanking and forcing more pressure on the H-Lock, until the referee has to physically remove her from Paradigm!
Holly's looking incredibly frazzled, and she looks like she's about to start yanking her hair out. Paradigm takes advantage of Holly's state, bullrushing her with a nasty little lariat, then connecting with a dropkick, and then a flying body press for a two-count! Paradigm is stalking Holly, perhaps looking for the Cradle Piledriver, no, a DDT-- but Holly shoves him off-- Loser's Lunch [High Jump Facebuster]!! Holly covers; one, two, th-- kickout!
Holly can't believe it! She's all red-faced and angry, and she just starts hammering Paradigm with punches to his face, completely dismayed that he kicked out of her Loser's Lunch finisher! Referee Joe Brown again has to get physically involved, removing Holly from Paradigm, and Holly breaks away, charging Paradigm again! Paradigm sees her coming, kick to the gut, CRADLE PILEDRIVER! Paradigm covers; one, two, three!

As Holly comes to, she hears unfamiliar music playing and sees someone else's hand being raised by the referee, and it's just too much for her, and she lets out a blood-curdling scream before blind-siding Paradigm, kicking him when he's down (hmm...) and then grabbing him up and delivering the Muff Driver! She stands up, looking red-faced and freaking crazy, yanking at her hair, and she leaves the ring, slamming her hands on the ring as she screams again, storming off.
[Miles:] Wow. Just, wow. If you couldn't tell that Holly Walker was stressed before, you can probably tell now, eh?
[Lann:] Yeah, I'd say so. Yeesh. She looked like she was going to pull her hair out. But, then again, if I had just lost a Championship title, been humiliated, and was being stalked by all kinds of dangerous people including Nicole Dramesi, I'd probably snap, too.
[Miles:] Agreed. Can we get her some prozac or something? Chick needs a chill-pill.

Fade in to the backstage area of the NDP arena. Miles Bell stands in front of Colleen’s dressing room as Colleen stands beside him, ready to talk.
[Miles:] Colleen, Ascension isn’t too far away and you got yourself a date with not one, but two guys; Jason Wesley and Matt Shane.
A look of shock engulfs Colleen’s face.
[Colleen:] Date?! You think I would go on a date with those two idiots?!
[Miles:] Well, it was just a figure of spe—
[Colleen:] Don’t give me that nonsense Miles! I already know what I am going in to and I don’t need you to me what's going on.
[Miles:] But, this match-
[Colleen:] I know what is going on Miles! I am not clueless! I am the NDP Champion! You know what that makes me? That makes me a marked woman. I am a target, and there is a hit out for me. This match against Jason Wesley and Matt Shane is just another challenge thrown at me to test my strength as a Champion. They think they can just push me around, throwing countless challenges at me until I break. But, I am not going to break.
[Miles:] You don’t look—
[Colleen:] Do not cut me off Miles. What, you think you can push me around now? Let me tell you Miles, they can continue to throw bricks at me, but it will not faze me one bit. Considering all the challenges that I have faced all my life, this is going to be a walk in the park. Do you know how frustrating it is when family members put you in the kids table in a huge dinner and even the kids are bigger than you are? Do you know how much restraint, how much sheer willpower you need so you don’t end up trashing the whole place?
[Miles:] Well…
[Colleen:] But, like I said, this match is going to be a walk in the park. I ripped the NDP Championship title off of Matt Shane’s waist with a dislocated shoulder! Going into Ascension, I'm in peak physical condition! I'm as strong as ever, so it will be even easier to beat Matt Shane this time around.
[Miles:] What about Jason Wesley?
[Colleen:] What about him? That guy has done nothing to warrant my attention. He's a yapping dog; all sound and no fury.
[Miles:] But he's beaten you before.
[Colleen:] Yeah, like four years ago.
[Miles:] Well, more recently. He beat you to make this match in the first place.
Colleen laughs.
[Colleen:] No, no, no. Jason Wesley didn't "beat" me. He might've won the match, but all he did was get lucky that Matt Shane was so desperate to stay in the main event that Matt attacked me behind the referee's back! He used a cheap tactic to gain the victory, and I just find that to be completely despicable!
[Miles:] ... Uh...
[Colleen:] Like I said, this match is going to be easy. So between tonight and Ascension, you can just put up two more victories for "The Living Venus" Colleen. The NDP Champion.
Colleen walks off the camera. Crossfade to the arena as Princess Aika and Akira Blaze are making their way to the ring.
[Miles:] Up next is going to be perhaps the last opportunity for Princess Aika and Akira Blaze to form a cohesive bond as tag partners before their match against 50CENTAVOS and Toby Yoyo at Ascension.
[Lann:] They've come a long way so far. They were always beating up on each other, for months, but they've found themselves on the same side in this battle against the Gambero Unit, so they've been taking every opportunity to gain some experience with each other, but up until they face Gambero Unit, it'll be impossible to say that it's working.
Sevendust's Broken hits the PA, and here come the Sin-Bound; Tani and the Light-Heavyweight Champion, Kazen, and the crowd explodes!
[Miles:] And their opponents are the Sin-Bound tonight, and you can see that they've really hit it big with the crowd; Kazen's become an overnight fan favorite after dethroning 50CENTAVOS for the Light-Heavyweight Championship.
[Lann:] Well, when you defeat a man that's been a fan scourge, and a Champion for some three years, it has a tendency to make you popular. Kazen's proven that he deserves that title, though, defending it successfully against Holly Walker and 50CENTAVOS.
[Miles:] And he's certainly not afraid to put himself into the thick of things, given the big eight-person tag match that he'll be involved in at Ascension.
[Lann:] Tani threw the challenge out, and ARMADA was all too happy to accept the match, which will pit all four members of ARMADA - Adam Galcian, Ryan Ramirez, Ivan Drago, and that tasty morsel Erica Belleza - against Tani, Kazen, Mr. E, and... Well, we don't know who else.
[Miles:] Yep. That was one of the stipulations of the match, that if the Sin-Bound couldn't find another partner, they'd find themselves in a 4-on-3 handicap match - and you know ARMADA's gotta love those odds.
[Lann:] It doesn't seem like the kids are talkin', so if they have found a fourth team member, they aren't saying. But the bell rang, so let's get to the action.

Tani and Light-Heavyweight Champion Kazen
[Referee:] Chris Speil
Akira Blaze and the Light-Heavyweight Champion are gonna start this one off tonight, and these two seem to be picking up where they left off during the New Year, No Limits tour, where Kazen successfully defended the Light-Heavyweight Championship against Akira. A couple elbows from Akira softens Kazen up for an Irish whip, Akira goes for a leg lariat but Kazen ducks, off the ropes again, and he bulldozes Akira with a lariat! Elbow from Kazen, whips Akira to the ropes, Japanese arm drag from the Champ and Kazen goes to tag in Tani.
Snapmare from Tani, and she quickly follows up with a DDT on Blaze. Irish whip, Tani goes for a dropkick but just lands on her back, as Akira held onto the ropes. A couple knees from Akira to Tani's midsection, DDT, and Akira goes for a backdrop but Tani quickly bulldogs Blaze! They're right near the blue corner, and Akira is able to roll over and tag in Princess Aika.
The Flash Kingdom Princess starts teeing off on Tani with right punches with a kick or two mixed in, rolling backdrop to follow, Princess Aika goes for a suplex but Tani rolls off the back, dropkicks Princess Aika face-first into the blue corner, and Tani makes it across the ring to tag in Kazen.
Kazen dodges a running attack from Princess Aika, sending her into the red corner, Kazen charges in but Princess Aika gets a boot up and Kazen collides with it. Face crusher from Princess Aika, and she follows up by running right at Kazen to crash her knee into his face! Princess Aika covers; one-- barely a one-count.
Kazen catches Princess Aika with an elbow, grabs her and tosses her into the red corner, and tags out to Tani. A bit of quick double-teaming from the Sin-Bound with punches and kicks in the corner, and Kazen leaves things to his partner. Tani with an Irish whip, misses a lariat and Princess Aika catches her with a falling neckbreaker! Tani slowly getting back to her feet, Princess Aika charging at her from off the ropes, and Tani explodes with a huge lariat, sending Princess Aika spinning around in the air! Tani goes in to follow up and-- wait. Is that... Yes, it is! It's VNV Nation's Carbon hitting the PA system, meaning that ARMADA is on their way, but... they're not even scheduled for a match.
Tani and Kazen are obviously distracted by all this, but Princess Aika and Akira Blaze are just as puzzled. All four members of ARMADA - Adam Galcian, Ryan Ramirez, Erica Belleza, and Ivan Vigoro - stand at the entry way for a moment before making their way down the ramp! Ramirez and Belleza break into a run, sliding on the ring, and they're on the attack! Belleza and Ramirez are going after Tani and Princess Aika, and as Akira Blaze, Kazen, Vigoro, and Galcian all enter the ring, the referee is frantically calling for the bell! This one's over!
No Contest
[Miles:] What the hell is this?
[Lann:] BAH GAWD ALMIGHTY! IT'S ARMADA! WHAT'RE THEY DOING HERE?!?
[Miles:] It's quite obvious what they're here for; they're trying to soften up Kazen and Tani before their match at Ascension!
[Lann:] Well, they better hope that this was a private party, cuz here comes Mr. E to even up the score!
Mr. E slides into the ring, and immediately makes a bee-line for Galcian, clubbing him with a forearm before tossing him over the ropes! Ramirez and Belleza are on the attack, trying to get over on Mr. E, but it's Akira Blaze and Princess Aika making the save, smashing Ramirez and Belleza in stereo!
[Miles:] Well, lookit that! Princess Aika and Akira Blaze finally working as a team!
[Lann:] Couldn't have happened sooner!
[Miles:] Wait, is that... Who's that coming down the entryway?
[Lann:] It looks like 50CENTAVOS and Toby Yoyo... And... I don't know who that other guy is.
[Miles:] Looks like trouble to me!
[Lann:] Pfft. That's a stupid name.
Things keep breaking down in the ring, with Belleza, Ramirez, Akira, and Princess Aika all brawling with each other, Mr. E exchanging blows with Adam Galcian, and Kazen and Tani dealing with Ivan Vigoro, but here comes Gambero Unit, and they head straight for the Sin-Bound, FIDDY taking Kazen out with the 9mm [STN Bomber] outta nowhere, as Toby Yoyo grabs Tani and just tosses her across the ring! Everybody in the ring seems to take a moment to reassess the situation, and the brawl erupts all over again!
[Lann:] This is absolutely insane!
[Miles:] Order has completely broken down here! The entire ring crew is in, trying to break this up, and we're gonna go to commercial until we can get some semblance of order back in the Arena!

[Miles:] We're back, ladies and gents, and we've gone into crazy overdrive here! Back before the break, ARMADA came out to crash our tag match of Akira Blaze and Princess Aika vs the Sin-Bound, and then Mr. E got involved, and then even Gambero Unit, which seems to've expanded to include a very nasty-looking man, and it was sheer pandemonium here until our beloved (?) and esteemed (?!) boss, Mr. Paul, came out and actually turned this into a big eight-person tag match!
[Lann:] How is it only eight people, you ask, when there were, like, a dozen people involved in the brawl? Well, we could just cheap out and say "technical limitations".
[Miles:] Dude! Fourth wall!
[Lann:] Oh! Um, uhhh... Of course, by "technical limitations", we mean, "Tani was taken out by a disturbingly nasty lariat from Ivan Vigoro, who was then beaten about the head and chest by Mr. E and a steel chair! And then FIDDY had to send his crew to the back so the match could begin"! So we're seeing Adam Galcian, Ryan Ramirez, and Erica Belleza of ARMADA teaming up with 50CENTAVOS against Light-Heavyweight Champion Kazen, Akira Blaze, Mr. E, and Princess Aika. Certainly one of the oddest collections of talent on a team here in NDP.

Akira Blaze with a big backdrop on Adam Galcian, and here comes Princess Aika, running senton onto Galcian! Princess Aika diverts her attention to the crowd, trying to get them fired up, and she lays into Galcian with a kick-- it's caught, and Galcian yanks the Flash Kingdom Princess in for an overhead suplex! Princess Aika's just been thrown about four feet, and Adam Galcian is on the move, stalking Princess Aika for perhaps another suplex, but as Princess Aika gets to her feet, she spins around and connects with a huge right hook, smashing her fist right into Galcian's face! Galcian staggers, Princess Aika with a neckbreaker attempt, but she just drops and hits the back of her head as Galcian manages to remain standing! Galcian staggers to the blue corner and tags in Ramirez!
Ryan Ramirez picks up the pace considerably, taking off the ropes and nailing Princess Aika with a flying wheel kick to knock her back down to the mat, where Ramirez springs off the inside off the ropes and hits Princess Aika with the Armani Shoe Exchange! Ramirez covers, and it's Mr. E to break up the pin before picking Ramirez up in a bear hug! Referee Chris Speil telling Mr. E to release the bear hug, giving Mr. E a count, and at four, Mr. E just tosses Ramirez into the air! Ryan Ramirez is coming back to Earth, and there's Princess Aika to give him a massive dropkick to the chest, sending the already-airborne Ramirez flying back! Princess Aika tags Mr. E in, just to let him continue having fun at Ramirez' expense!
Mr. E starts big! Complete Dust on Ramirez! Ramirez just got faceplanted hard into the mat, and Mr. E goes for the pin, and it's Adam Galcian making the save! The ARMADA members retreat back to the corner, leaving Ramirez alone again with Mr. E. Mr. E decides it's time for some fun, and he goads Ramirez into hitting him. So Ramirez does, a good punch right to the face. And Mr. E laughs. Mr. E suggests Ramirez hit him off the ropes, and Ramirez goes for it, taking to the ropes and trying to shoulder block Mr. E, and that uh... doesn't do much. Mr. E's teammates are laughing at Ramirez, as are 50CENTAVOS and even Erica Belleza (Adam Galcian looks like he's about to blow a gasket, jsyk). Ramirez takes to the ropes again, lariat attempt, and that just elicits more laughter from everyone! Mr. E convinces Ramirez to try again, and Ramirez does, another lariat attempt never even happens as Mr. E just charges Ramriez and shows him how to crush someone with a lariat!
[Lann:] Ha! That's how ya do it! Ya stupid! Why you so stupid, Ramirez?
Mr. E tags out to Akira, and Akira goes right to work on the legs of Ramirez, trying to disable that aerial assault that Ramirez is typically known for. Big backdrop on Ramirez, and Akira goes in to follow up, but Ramirez catches her with a kick to the gut and a piledriver! Ramirez for the pin; one, two-- kickout!
Akira nails a few of those nasty kesagiri chops, smacking poor Ramirez around, and then she takes to the ropes and drops the el(bow) on 'im! Snap suplex from Akira, and she follows up with the R.Y.U Special, and ARMADA floods the ring to break the hold, being stopped by Akira's team! Referee Speil is quick to get everyone back to their corners, avoiding another huge melee/BRAWL, but not before FIDDY kicks Akira in the face to break the R.Y.U Special! Ramirez manages to get to his corner, tagging in Erica Belleza.
Belleza takes the fight to Akira, laying in with some heavy elbows to the face, following with a suplex, and then a knee breaker before locking in a knee vice of some kind, as Belleza just yanks away at Akira's leg to weaken up that knee. Akira seems to be having trouble standing, and Belleza goes right for it, a low dropkick to the knee and followed up by a half Boston crab. Akira is reaching for the ropes, but Belleza just stands up and slams Akira's knee hard into the mat before dropping an elbow on it! Akira, in desperation, just tosses Belleza out of the ring, giving her a moment to tag out to Princess Aika!
Belleza gets back into the ring, and charges at Princess Aika, getting an elbow to the mush for her trouble! Another running knee kick from Princess Aika, this time to rearrange Belleza's face! Belleza gets up, holding her face, and just screams at Princess Aika "YOU! STAY RIGHT THERE!" as she goes over and tags in 50CENTAVOS!
Princess Aika's still just... standing there as 50CENTAVOS approaches. "Um... Can I move now?!" she asks and Belleza yells "NO!" back at her, as FIDDY charges her and hits the 9mm [STN Bomber]! FIDDY's looking pretty confident, laughing as he gets back and hops in position to nail a rising Princess Aika with a shining kenka kick! FIDDY gets on the apron, waiting for Princess Aika to get up, and he springs off the top rope for a beautiful hurricanrana; one, two, thr-- kickout!
"CAN I MOVE NOW?!?" Princess Aika shouts, and Belleza just laughs and says "Yeah, whatever," and Princess Aika is ON! Spinning backfist to 50CENTAVOS, nails him with a running lariat as he gets to his feet, then drives him home with a freakin' powerbomb! Rolling backdrop to follow up, and then a German suplex! Jumping armbreak from Princess Aika continues her assault, and then the Magical Girl Triangle [Shining Triangle]! FIDDY is struggling to get free from the Magical Girl Triangle, trying to reach the ropes, but it's Erica Belleza to the rescue as she kicks Princess Aika in the side of the head and yells "DON'T DO THAT!" to which Princess Aika tearfully responds "I'm sorry!" before tagging in Akira Blaze!
Blaze runs Belleza off, then turns her attention to 50CENTAVOS. Backdrop from Blaze, and as 50CENTAVOS starts getting up, Akira starts laying in with heavy kicks to his side, and then smashing his head in with the Jumping DDT! Akira can't make the cover, but as the two combatants get back to their feet, Akira can German suplex him halfway across the ring! FIDDY looks like he's sick of this shit, and he just kicks Akira in the face, then again with the shining kenka kick! Hard lariat from Akira, but FIDDY comes back with a Lyger Bomb! One, two, thr-- kickout!
FIDDY to the ropes, and Akira gives him a headscissors whip, and follows up with the tiger neck chancery, then Akira again with a hellacious backdrop, landing FIDDY square on his neck! Akira up on the top turnbuckle, senton atomico onto FIDDY!! Akira covers; one, two, thre-- KICKOUT! AMAZING!
FIDDY ditches the ring, trying to create some distance, but Akira is quick to close the gap, running right at FIDDY and springing at him with a spaceman plancha! All hell just broke loose in the ring, as both ARMADA and Akira's teammates are going at it now, Mr. E tangling with Adam Galcian and Erica Belleza near the blue corner, and Ryan Ramirez trying to help out FIDDY who is being attacked by Akira Blaze, Princess Aika, and the Light-Heavyweight Champion! PHENOMENAL MYSTERY [Half-Nelson Suplex] TO BELLEZA!! And another one for Adam Galcian! Mr. E is on a freaking roll here, having just crumpled up two of his opponents, as Kazen rolls 50CENTAVOS into the ring. Mr. E is forced back to the corner by the referee, as is just about everyone else in the freaking match, and FIDDY hits the Tec 9 [Musou] on Akira! FIDDY covers; one, two, thr-- broken up by Princess Aika!
Princess Aika quickly kicks 50CENTAVOS in the chest and then helps Akira to the red corner, and Akira makes a tag out to Kazen, who goes right for FIDDY, nailing the big crown chop and knocking the Gambero down, and Kazen with the Sharpshooter! Belleza and Ramirez are quick into the ring to break up the hold, and here comes Princess Aika and Akira Blaze to send the ARMADA members packing! Galcian enters the ring, slamming Princess Aika with a the Serpent Backdrop [Sheer-Drop Backdrop], and then just tossing Akira Blaze over the top rope to join Belleza and Ramirez! Mr. E's in to attack Galcian, and the two end up brawling with each other over the top rope to the outside! In the ring, it's just Kazen and 50CENTAVOS, and the Light-Heavyweight Champion pulls FIDDY to his feet, BLACK WINGS [D-Geist]! Kazen covers; one, two, three!!

The Light-Heavyweight Champion has his arm raised in victory, but that doesn't mean the pandemonium has ended! ARMADA and FIDDY break up the celebration, and here comes Toby Yoyo and the new guy down the entryway! And Ivan Vigoro is back in the fray now, too! ARMADA and Gambero Unit are just taking it to their opponents; Akira Blaze is being roughed up by Toby Yoyo and the new Gambero Unit guy, Adam Galcian and Ivan Vigoro are hammering and beating down Mr. E, Ryan Ramirez and Erica Belleza are stomping Princess Aika into the corner, and FIDDY is tangling with Kazen, but Kazen gets the upper-hand on FIDDY and delivers the Black Wings again! Kazen grabs a chair that just somehow slid into the ring, and he smashes Ryan Ramirez in the back of the head with it! Another swing sends Erica Belleza tumbling out of the ring, and there's another chair for Princess Aika! What's with the chairs? !! It's Tani!
From the outside, Tani was feeding her side chairs, and she enters the ring herself, armed as well, and the three go after the rest of ARMADA and Gambero Unit, but neither Ivan Vigoro nor Toby Yoyo take the chair shots as bad as Ramirez or Belleza! Princess Aika sent the new Gambero Unit guy down, but Toby Yoyo grabs the chair right out of her hands and smashes her right on top of the head with it! And Vigoro does the same thing to Tani! And then to Kazen! Yoyo smashes Akira Blaze down with the chair, and while Mr. E tries to fight back against ARMADA, but Adam Galcian got his hands on one of the chairs and smashes Mr. E hard in the back with it, setting Mr. E up for Ivan Vigoro's Draco Cannon [Axe Bomber]!!
[Miles:] Oh, man! Sweet zombie Jesus!
[Jr.:] ARMADA and the Gambero Unit have completely demolished Akira Blaze, the Sin-Bound, Mr. E, and Princess Aika! And neither The Charcoal Lady nor Tuxedo Kazen are anywhere to be found! Did Toby Yoyo and that new guy take care of them while they were in the back? Could they have been up to no good even while this match was going on?!
[Miles:] ¬_¬
[Lann:] This is just brutal! Kazen, Tani, Princess Aika, and Mr. E tried their best, but the strength of Toby Yoyo and Ivan Vigoro, plus the sheer numbers game, was just too much for them!
ARMADA and the Gambero Unit survey the devastation, all seem to be proud of what they accomplished, and they head to the back after gathering up fallen members as the crowd boos them and is even throwing drinks and those big soft pretzels at them! Why spend $8 on a big soft pretzel if you're just gonna throw it at some jerk?! It's a waste of money! Don't you know we're in a recession?!

Fade back to the NDP Arena, where Miles and Lann are preparing for the next match.
[Miles:] We're amazed we were able to get things settled down after that last match, but we're moving on and up!
[Lann:] "Up" is a pretty good word to use, considering our next match features the Queen of Professional Wrestling herself, Kaori NiGHT!
[Miles:] Yep. And she's facing our very own Visper Karr, the newly-crowned OG-Joshi World Champion!
[Lann:] A heck of a homecoming for my little sidekick! I got her started in this biz, don't ya know?
[Miles:] ... Fascinating. Really.
Kaori NiGHT makes her entrance, incredibly lavish as always, but the crowd seems to be reserving their usual applause for the moment Kidneythieves' Black Bullet hits the PA, leading the crowd to explode into an uproar, as Visper Karr hits the arena, smiling widely and wearing the OG-Joshi World Championship around her waist. She stands at the entryway, urging the crowd to get louder, as she removes the Championship from her waist and thrusts it into the air, gold and purple fireworks explode into the air from the sides of entrance ramp. Visper walks down the ramp, OG-Joshi World Championship resting on her shoulder, and she's sent sprawling by an attack from behind!
[Miles:] BITCH!
[Lann:] BAH GAWD!
"BITCH!" is right, as it's Holly Walker! She's attacking Visper Karr, and after stomping at Visper a few times, Holly grabs Karr and drives her head-first into the ring stairs! Holly retreives the Championship from where she originally sent Visper flying, and gets into the ring, holding it high and yelling "MINE! IT'S ALL MINE!" like a freaking maniac.
And then it's about this time that Holly Walker realizes she not alone. No, you see, Kaori NiGHT is in the ring, too. And Kaori charges Holly, spearing Walker down and laying in with some quick punches, and Holly starts trying to throw Kaori off, eventually breaking free for just a moment, as Kaori gives chase. Holly slides out of the ring, still clutching the OG-Joshi World Championship as if it's her child, but her lull has given Kaori enough time to slingshot herself over the top rope into a tope con hilo to take Holly down! Kaori and Holly are getting up, and Holly goes after the OG-Joshi World Championship again, but Kaori cuts her off and kicks Holly as hard as she can in the head! Holly rolls on the ground, and she starts retreating up the entryway, as empty-handed as she was earlier tonight!
Kaori helps Visper get to her feet, and Karr's still a bit groggy as Kaori hands her the OG-Joshi World Championship. Visper smiles, and shakes Kaori's hand, and Kaori raises Visper's into the sky.
[Miles:] Well, that's not quite the excitement we were expecting, but it's good to see that, at the very least, Holly wasn't able to run off with the OG-Joshi World Championship.
[Lann:] Visper should just be lucky that Kaori came out to the ring first, or this could've ended quite differently for her.
Fade from the arena to a dark room with a spotlight on the middle of the room. Mr. E stands there with his tuxedo and top hat looking up, stage left. He turns his head, slowly and dramatically, and looks into the camera.
[Mr. E:] There are few things that are more beautiful than a stirring aria. When someone is in complete control of themselves and they make their performance seem so very simple it's.. a thing of beauty.
That is what I was when I arrived in this place. My name became established and I was able to show the world how powerful a single man can be. I demanded respect and relished fear. My feats and accomplishments as a solo competitor made my name synonymous with the brand. I admit, this was a surprise. I don't much care for some of the ruffians that call this place home but time has cooled that fire. I also agreed due to the fact that more barbarous individuals were at the gates.
And here I continue to act in this polyphony. It doesn't compare to the beauty of a solo, but when all the parts are correct it can be almost as masterful. The players have learned how I play and they act accordingly when it's showtime. We all act with force and then it ends. One of the joys I get from are the group of bodies that lay defeated instead of just the one. It has happened many times and it will continue to happen. As long as I am part of the troupe I do not intend to let us be destroyed easily.
Now we all get ready because it's almost time to start.
He slowly steps back and out of the spotlight.

[Miles:] And now we're ready for our main event! This should be one for the ages, if only because of the team dynamics involved!
[Lann:] That is incredibly true. Let's review this one here. On one side, we have our UBL representative team of the NDP Champion, "The Living Venus" Colleen, Matt Shane, and Mr. E, who has already competed in one huge match tonight when he came to the save of Akira Blaze, Princess Aika, and the Sin-Bound during that big attack from ARMADA! Plus that whole post-match beatdown!
Now it's no secret that Colleen and Matt Shane hate each other - not that Colleen and Mr. E are best pals, either - but the big twist here is that not only did Colleen defeat Matt Shane for the NDP Championship, but at Ascension, she'll be defending the title against him!
[Miles:] And on the other side, we have the reunited Upper Class Connection of Jason Wesley - who is also going to be challenging for the NDP Championship at Ascension - and the freshly-returned Chapel Hillcrest, and they're teaming up with Gene Starr, who is not only the MDWF Champion, but he's facing Chapel Hillcrest at Ascension!
[Lann:] There has got to be something in the cool-ade that Mr. Paul's drinking for him to come up with a match like this that's such a potential powderkeg! And to make it worse, Mr. Paul said when he made the match that if the teammates started attacking each other, they'd instantly forfeit their match at Ascension! So if Matt Shane were to attack Colleen, then the NDP Championship match at Ascension would just be Colleen vs. Jason Wesley!
[Miles:] Or if Colleen attacks Matt Shane, she'll be stripped of the NDP Championship, and it'll be Matt Shane vs. Jason Wesley to determine a new Champion!
[Lann:] There's going to be a lot of antagonizing going on here, but hell, I'm sure it's gonna be fun as heck to watch!
[Miles:] As you mentioned earlier, Mr. E's already been in action tonight, so you've got to wonder if that's going to have an effect on him during this match.
[Lann:] Mr. E's a tough fella, so already having had a match tonight might not impact him as much as it would, say, Gene Starr or Matt Shane, but that's not just it; there was the match, plus that nasty attack from ARMADA and Gambero Unit, too! That'll have a huge impact on Mr. E's performance! So you can bet that the Upper Class Connection and Gene Starr are preparing to target Mr. E because of that.

The Upper Class Connection make their way to the ring, followed by Gene Starr making his own entrance. Team NDP all make seperate entrances. I guess noone's really feeling the "team" love tonight in the main event!
Matt Shane and Jason Wesley start things off, and the two are in full rumble mode! They're trading blows and just going at it like a buncha drunks at a bar! Matt Shane finally gets the upperhand after a nice pop to the jaw and a neckbreaker, and Jason's looking to tag out to Chapel!
Chapel in, and he and Matt keep up the pace, getting the turnbuckle involved as they bash each other's heads in, Matt getting a couple wallops in on Chapel's gut and head before a big headbutt knocks Chapel right back into the turnbuckle! Chapel does the unthinkable! He tags out to Gene Starr!
Gene enters the ring with a quick uppercut on Matt Shane, setting Shane up for a double team powerbomb! Elbow drop by Starr, Starr in the mount raining down punches and yelling stuff like "C'mon, tough guy!" at Matt Shane! Matt Shane is saved by lead referee Frederick Awale forcing Gene off the mount, and Matt scrambles to tag in Mr. E!
Big staredown by Gene Starr and Mr. E; these two know how to rumble big-time, and have had some amazing matches at recent house shows. Gene and Mr. E seem to pick up without dropping a beat, big rumble right in the middle of the ring! Gene with a heavy left punch and a headbutt, he takes Mr. E down to the mat, but Mr. E rolls over and is now on top, raining down some heavy elbows onto Starr! Gene manages to catch Mr. E's arm after 4 or 5 shots, and he returns the favor, elbowing Mr. E straight in the mask, but he can't get much force behind them and has to back away for fear of getting himself pinned for the three-count! Mr. E and Gene are up, and Mr. E with an amateur wrestling takedown, and he's back on top, laying into Starr with elbows!
[Miles:] Mr. E looks like he's trying to beat Gene Starr at his own game!
Gene rolls and gets on top of Mr. E, and he lays a couple uppercut-looking shots in on Mr. E's jaw, then gets up and takes to the ropes. Mr. E's up quick, though, and just brick wall's Gene down to the mat! Gene's back up, holding his head-- Balcony Buster from Mr. E [Canadian Backbreaker Drop]!! Mr. E covers; one, two-- kickout!
Gene seems like he's had enough and tags out to Chapel, but Mr. E must want a breather, too, and he tags in Colleen!
Colleen and Chapel meet in the middle of the ring, and Chapel is quick to rock Colleen in the face with a punch before the tricky Colleen can try anything stupid. Colleen reels back like she's been shot, shouting "My face! My beautiful face!" and Zachary Valentine is up on the apron, shouting "You moster!" at Chapel! Zach starts yelling at the referee to disqualify Chapel, and Colleen goes on the offensive, punching Chapel in the gut and then catching him with a jawbreaker! Colleen prods with a couple kicks, seeming to lead Chapel toward the corner, and she gives him another jawbreaker! The second jawbreaker doesn't send Chapel down, but I think Colleen was counting on that; she hops up on the turnbuckle and a swinging DDT! The DDT sure brought Chapel down! Colleen rolls Chapel up; one, two-- kickout!
Colleen tags out to Matt Shane, who seems reluctant to get in the ring. So Colleen just starts yelling at him! "Yeah, yeah," Matt says as he gets into the ring and starts putting the boots to Chapel. German Suplex from Shane! Matt follows up with a freakin' Black Tiger Powerbomb! One, two, thr-- kickout!
Chapel's looking pretty beat here, but Matt's not letting up, giving Hillcrest a flipping dropkick as Chapel gets to his feet! Matt takes to the ropes, Chapel up slowly, and Chapel with a big burst of speed and power lariats the fuck out of Matt Shane!
[Jr.:] Holy crap! That hit looked almost hard enough to knock some of those tattoos off Matt Shane!
Chapel gets to his corner and tags in Jason, and Jason charges at Matt, spearing him down to the mat, but Shane gets one over on Wesley, flipping him over into a pin! One, two, th-- kickout!
Matt with a DDT, and Matt tags Mr. E in just for Mr. E to give Jason a fallaway slam! Mr. E tags back out (some kinda striker system? Like the old "Capcom Vs." games?) and Matt with another black tiger bomb on Jason! One, two, th-- broken up by Gene Starr!
Jason hammers Matt down, tags out to Chapel, and as Matt's getting back up, a running tackle from Chapel Hillcrest sees Matt picked up off the ground and ran damn near across the ring! Huge tackle from Hillcrest! Matt's all "screw this" and tags out to Colleen!
Colleen doesn't really seem to want to be in the ring against Chapel, but she gets over it pretty quick as she pokes him in the eyes and then gives him a backbreaker! Say what you will about Colleen, but she does have some pretty surprising strength! Colleen with an elbow to the back of Chapel's head, and a backbreaker. Blackjack [Full Nelson Atomic Bomb]! Colleen gets close to the corner and Gene grabs her and tosses her out of the ring! Gene hops down to join her, and Colleen headbutts him full-on in the face, and then shoves him into the crowd barricades, and Gene's face is all bloody! Colleen busted his nose! Colleen back in the ring, and she locks a nasty modified abdominal stretch on Chapel, but Gene slides right into the ring and rips her off before giving her the Golden Left! Colleen doubles over, rolling toward the outside of the ring where she's met by Zach Valentine. The referee is yelling at Gene to get out of the ring, but someone takes it upon themselves to do the job for the ref; Mr. E storms the ring and slams into Gene, sending Starr into the ropes, and Mr. E with a big lariat takes him out over the ropes! The two tumble to the outside, and they start some big brawling, smashing each other into the guard rails and just hammering each other. The referee decides to just let them be, and Colleen and Chapel both seem ready to go. Chapel grabs at Colleen, and Colleen punches him hard in the gut again, then rocks Chapel with a jumping headbutt right to the jaw! Colleen's so damn short, she just jumps up and smashes people's jaws! It's like a damn uppercut! Colleen has Chapel rocked, and she charges the blue corner to catch Jason Wesley by surprise, knocking him off the ring and into the guard rail as she turns her attention back to Chapel! She punches Chapel square in the head, and Colleen with the Absolute Stunner [Shotgun]! Colleen gets up and pops Chapel in the head once more, a suspiciously shiny punch, and covers; one, two, three!
Colleen wins by pinfall

[Lann:] The brass knuckles! It was those damned brass knuckles again! She--
Colleen's celebrating in the middle of the ring, then suddenly ducks-- a Superkick from Matt Shane just went over her head, colliding instead with NDP's lead referee, Frederick Awale! Colleen seizes the opportunity and takes Matt Shane out - and not "to that new Wolfgang Puck restaraunt" out, this is more "punch Matt Shane in the crotch with brass knuckles" out!
[Miles:] Oh, man! Colleen using those brass knuckles extremely effectively. Ouch.
[Lann:] Yeah, I think that's gonna do it for the Matt Shane baby drive. Just not cool.
Zachary Valentine is retreiving a microphone as Colleen stands over Matt Shane, the NDP Championship in the air as she's kissing her brass knuckles. Valentine gets into the ring, smiling like a proud papa, and raises Colleen's arm high in the air.
[Zachary:] Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, your glorious Champion! The winner tonight, and every night! The NDP Champion, The Living Venus, Colleen!
The crowd is a cacophony of boos, tearing into Colleen and Valentine. And Colleen could care less, as she's smiling widely, standing over the bodies of her foes, arm raised in victory.
