A recap video shows everything that's happened regarding Mr. E and ARMADA, and "The Living Venus" Colleen and her "Champion Coronation Ceremony" aftermaths. At the end, we see Matt Shane giving "The Living Venus" Colleen a Superkick to conclude the last Maelstrom. Corrosion of Conformity's Clean My Wounds hits and we come to the inside of the Nameless Municipal Arena for the beginning of Maelstrom!
[Jr.:] Welcome to Maelstrom!
[Visper:] Yep! We're back, baby!
[Jr.:] With a good lookin' show, no less!
[Visper:] But not as good lookin' as me!
[Jr.:] Why are we yelling?!
[Visper:] I don't know!
[Jr.:] Fair enough!
Paradigm waits in the ring as Sevendust's Broken plays over the PA, bringing out the Sin-Bound, Kazen and Tani. Tani waves to the crowd, but Kazen is all business, hopping up on the apron and entering the ring. And we're ready to go for this one!
<<Singles Match>>
Paradigm
vs.
"Sin-Bound" Kazen (w/ Tani)
[Referee:] Joe Brown
This one looked like it was going to be a rout for Paradigm, as he controlled the match from the onset, and Kazen was just offering no offense or defense. I reversal of an Irish whip reversed the fortunes of Kazen however, and the mute Kazen caught Paradigm with a nasty nasty sickening vertical exploder, dropping Paradigm right on the top of his head. Kazen picked up the pace, switching into another gear whenever Paradigm would match him, keeping himself in the air and Paradigm off his guard. A hurricanrana attempt from Kazen put Paradigm back in control when Paradigm powerbombed Kazen into the corner, then charged in and smashed him with a lariat. Paradigm started working Kazen over for the Cradle Piledriver, but whenever he'd go for it, Kazen would come up with some way to counter it, from dropping down and rolling away to taking Paradigm down and going for a jackknife pin, and that's what got him the three!
Kazen wins by pinfall
Time: 8:55
[Jr.:] A great match, and a very close win for Kazen. I think we really need to keep an eye on these two, because my gut tells me that they'll be tearing up the Light-Heavyweight ranks a lot sooner than later.
[Visper:] Kazen and Paradigm were tearing it up here, and even though Kazen pulls off the victory, you'd be foolish to think that either man looks bad by the result.

We come back to the Nameless Municipal Arena, filled with flashing lights and the sounds of Darude's Sandstorm. Three people, wearing flashy, color-coordinated clothes and covered in glowing bands and glow sticks, are making their way to the ring.
[Visper:] We're back, ladies and gentlemen. And don't worry; you didn't drink anybody's kool-aid. This is a new team making their debut here in New Damage Prowrestling, coming from "The Scene", they call themselves "Midnite Rave".
[Jr.:] This is some horrible music. You mean people listen to this stuff? And like it?
[Visper:] Yeah. This is a pretty popular song, too. Too popular. Really played out. It was in commercials and everything years ago. You know. When it was popular.
[Jr.:] Pfft. This ain't music. Gimmie some Charlie Daniels Band or some good ol' American death metal any day of the week.
[Visper:] ... De... Death metal? You?
Much to the crowd's pleasure (except the guy in the fourth row who must've had some of that kool-ade), Darude cuts off, being replaced by VNV Nation's Carbon. The now-four member ARMADA make their way to the ring. Erica Belleza leads Adam Galcian, Ryan Ramirez, and their new member Ivan Vigoro to the ring. The quartet enter, their music cuts off, and Belleza produces a microphone.
[Belleza:] I don't know who you three are, but tonight might very well be the worst night of your lives. You see, you get the honor of being the sacrificial lambs to the in-ring debut of Ivan Vigoro, the "Blue Drake", the man who put Mr. E out with a single lariat.
Belleza's talking to Midnite Rave, if you couldn't tell. And they're none too happy. Belleza just laughs.
[Belleza:] Oh, no no no. Get mad. It makes it so much funner when you put up a fight~!
<<Tag Team Match>>
(Adam Galcian and Ivan Vigoro (w/ Belleza and Ramirez))
vs.
Midnite Rave
(E-Rol and Special K (w/ Pixi Stik))
[Referee:] Christopher Speil
To say that Midnite Rave were lambs to the slaughter would be an understatement. Ivan Vigoro made an impressive debut here, however, by giving Midnite Rave the advantage by taking both of the wrestlers on at the same time. But, no matter what the young men in the bright white-and-colored matching outfits did - which wasn't much more than a stray punch or kick - Vigoro would slam and throw and knock them down. Needless to say, this match didn't go long, as that sickening lariat, the Vigoro Bomber, was used on both E-Rol and Special K, and Vigoro pinned them both.
ARMADA wins by pinfall

Scene opens up with Roselyn walking through a hall, dragging a huge teddy bear along with her. Roselyn stops in front of a door and turns to face the teddy bear that she has been dragging along and slaps on a huge grin on her face.
[Roselyn:] Oh, I’ve waited so long for this Traumy! We’ve had soo many parties, but every time there’s always something missing, and that’s you Traumy. We can’t have a party without the Big Bear!
Roselyn gives the teddy bear a huge hug as the teddy bear grunts.
[Roselyn:] Are you ready for the party Traumy? It’s going to be soo much fun! Hm…?
Roselyn adjusts the teddy bear head, shifting it around, and smiles.
[Roselyn:] There! Now you’re ready!
Roselyn slowly opens the door revealing an empty room except for a table in the middle of it. The table is surrounded by chairs and each one filled with a different and smaller teddy bear. The table is filled with neatly placed tea cups and plates and in the middle a plate of cookies. Roselyn leads the big teddy bear to one end of the table.
[Roselyn:] Here Traumy, you sit here.
Roselyn waltzes to the other end of the table and sits down while smiling across the table at the big teddy bear.
[Roselyn:] Now, Traumy, this is your first tea party with me and you probably don’t know our other guests, so let me introduce you to them!
Roselyn gets up and walks over to the green bear.
[Roselyn:] This is Joey. She’s my best friend and she is always looking out for me. Even at the worst of times, she would be there trying cheer me up! But, she can be a bit bossy at times.
Roselyn walks over to the next chair to a pink bear.
[Roselyn:] This one is Cristin. She’s always cheery and happy, always trying to create fun for everybody. She’s also pretty cute. *giggle*
Roselyn moves over to the yellow bear.
[Roselyn:] This is Correen. Um… She’s the life of the party… but of course after you Traumy. She’s hot, literally on fire, she always has something to say, always want to be in the spotlight. Though, she can be a bit demanding and loud.
Roselyn moves over to the last bear on the table, a brown bear with little camouflage pants.
[Roselyn:] This is my newest teddy bear and his name is Sada. Um… He’s a bit of a weird one, popping out of nowhere to voice his opinions. I think he likes causing fights…
Roselyn goes to her seat and smiles at the big teddy bear right across the table.
[Roselyn:] You got everybody Traumy? It’s ok if you didn’t; you’ll get to know them better in this party! We might have a few more guests, but lets start it off right now Traumy!
Roselyn leans over and starts to pour some tea in the big bear’s cup. Fade back out to the announce table in the Nameless Municipal Arena.
[Jr.:] Some people go on warpaths. Mr. E, however, is on the path to revenge! Revenge on ARMADA!
[Visper:] Quaint.
[Jr.:] No, Visper, this has nothing to do with birds.
[Visper:] ... I think I just died a little inside.
[Jr.:] Well, he is. He's been attacked by them repeatedly, they cost him his match against Matt Shane - and maybe even a shot at the NDP Championship - last week, and then Belleza bragged about it on Outbreak! Revenge!
[Visper:] If he wants revenge so bad, then, where the hell is he?
[Jr.:] I... I don't know. He and ARMADA should be out here by now...
Cut to backstage. Mr. E is seen being thrown into the wall by Ivan Vigoro, who then charges and tries to crush Mr. E with a lariat, but Mr. E slumps down and as Vigoro runs at full speed into the wall, Mr. E starts staggering toward the entry point to the arena. Ramirez jumps him from behind, throwing clubbing blows at him, but Mr. E grabs him and tosses him into the wall, then grabs him and tosses him into the wall again! Adam Galcian and Vigoro catch back up with Mr. E, though, and they throw him out of the entry point into the arena.
[Jr.:] Holy-- So that's where they've been!
[Visper:] What the hell?! This is just stupid! Unnecessary! Does it really take four people to beat up Mr. E?!
[Jr.:] Well... I don't really see Belleza anywhere...
[Visper:] Oh, well, tou-@#%$ing-ché.
Galcian, Vigoro, and Ramirez (who's clutching his head) appear on the entry way, followed by Belleza who's just generally smiling from ear-to-ear. She's pointing at Mr. E and the ring, and Vigoro grabs Mr. E and begins dragging him down to the ring. Galcian and Ramirez help Vigoro load Mr. E into the ring, and Belleza continues directing traffic.
[Visper:] I thought Galcian was in charge... Whatever.
Mr. E is able to get to his feet, and he charges at the ropes, knocking Vigoro off the apron. Ramirez is quick on the apron, trying to springboard toward Mr. E, but E just drops the ropes and Ramirez crashes onto the top rope and tumbles to the apron and then the floor in a very sick manner. Galcian stays outside the ring, smiling, waiting for Vigoro and Ramirez to get back up.
[Visper:] Finally! It looks like we have a fight on our hands!
Mr. E looks fired up, and Galcian finally has Vigoro and Ramirez to their feet. Belleza directs the three around the ring, surrounding it, and now ARMADA has Mr. E trapped inside the ring with the only way out leading to the closed-off side of the arena (Belleza's not really trying to get involved, you see?). The members of ARMADA start trying to hop on the apron, and Mr. E cuts them off at every turn, but they all three charge in at the same time. Ramirez is the unfortunate one, getting kicked and stomped away at, but Galcian and Vigoro are quick to attack Mr. E. Mr. E tries fighting them off, but the numbers are just too much for the Violence Tenor! A sandwich lariat from Galcian and Vigoro drops to the mat. Vigoro and Galcian keep the attack going, and suddenly Ramirez from the top rope hits a 450° Splash! Belleza on the apron yelling directions to Galcian and Vigoro, and Galcian rolls Mr. E over to lock in his finishing submission, Terminal! Galcian has Mr. E's neck wrenched back to a sick degree, but after a moment rocks forward and just goes for a chin lock in the cavel naria, and Vigoro takes the the ropes, connecting with that sick "Vigoro Bomber" lariat, and damn near breaking Mr. E in half!
[Jr.:] BAH GAWD!!1 That Vigoro Bomber-Terminal combination move could've killed Mr. E!! What the hell is this all about?! What're they trying to prove?!
Galcian gets to his feet, and ARMADA surveys their damage. All four members stand mid-ring over the downed form of Mr. E, and Belleza is more than happy to raise the arms of Galcian and Vigoro as the crowd boos - some even throwing drinks and other crap into the ring.
[Visper:] Yanno what? I'm getting sick of this kind of thing happening! Does ARMADA really need to keep this kind of crap up?! Couldn't they, I don't know, concentrate on winning matches?!
[Jr.:] Who knows? Maybe they're just acting in frustration or whatever. Grasping straws?
[Visper:] Whatever it is, they need to hurry up and get it the hell out of their systems before it gets worse!

New Damage Prowrestling Maelstrom is brought to you by Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Do you desire Brawl as well?
--Back from Commercial--
[Visper:] It's now time for the first of our two main events, ladies and gents. It's been awhile since we've had a title match here on Maelstrom, and they don't get too much bigger than this; the one-and-only Queen of Professional Wrestling, Kaori NiGHT, challenging 50CENTAVOS for the Light-Heavyweight Championship.
[Jr.:] Kaori NiGHT became the #1 Contender to the Light-Heavyweight Championship on the last Maelstrom when she defeated a very tough opponent in former Light-Heavyweight Champion Akira Blaze. And this one should be just as great.
[Visper:] An in addition to that, Kaori NiGHT just became one half of the OG-Joshi Tag Team Champions not very long ago at the OG-FPD 4 Year Anniversary Show, so she's riding a wave of great momentum right now, heading into this match.
[Jr.:] If I remember correctly, this is also Kaori NiGHT's first shot at the Light-Heavyweight Championship. And that should just go to show how tough the competition for the title is here in NDP if an accomplished wrestler like Kaori NiGHT is just now able to force her way into contention.
The countdown clock begins, and as it hits 0, here comes Kaori NiGHT! She makes her usual elaborate way to the ring, wearing a flamboyant robe fit for a Nature Boy, entering the ring and removing the robe at her corner, waiting with little patience. After a brief moment, 50CENT's Many Men hits the PA, bringing Light-Heavyweight Champion 50CENTAVOS and his main meng Toby Yoyo to the ring. FIDDY plays to the crowd at the bottom of the entrance ramp, blissfully unaware of the HUGE International Pop Star soaring through the air toward him!
[Jr.:] BAH GAWD! Kaori NiGHT starting this one off with a bang!
[Visper:] Kaori starts things off with a corkscrew plancha, taking down both Toby Yoyo and the Light-Heavyweight Champion! And she's still on the attack!
Kaori pops up quick after the corkscrew, and starts laying the boots to FIDDY. Kaori lets up and 50CENTAVOS starts getting back to his feet, only to get taken back down by a nasty uraken from NiGHT!
[Jr.:] If you couldn't tell, I think it's very safe to say that Kaori NiGHT wants to become the New Damage Prowrestling Light-Heavyweight Champion tonight!
[Visper:] That's an understatement!
[Jr.:] Kaori just needs to remember that she needs to get 50CENTAVOS into the ring not just to beat him, but to even get this match underway!
[Visper:] No kidding! We've already had one match get called on a no contest - I don't think these fans would appreciate two of them!
Kaori stalks 50CENTAVOS as he starts sitting up, and the self-proclaimed QUEEN of Professional Wrestling charges the Light-Heavyweight Champion-- She's cut off at the pass by a thunderous lariat from Toby Yoyo!
[Visper:] Oof! Guess Toby Yoyo didn't appreciate that corkscrew plancha as much as the fans here did, eh?
[Jr.:] Oh, I'd say he liked it about as much as Kaori NiGHT liked that lariat. Just pure power from that hoss from south of the border, Toby Yoyo!
Toby picks Kaori up and roughly tosses her into the ring before attending to 50CENTAVOS, helping him clear out the cobwebs. FIDDY gets to his feet, very angered, and rips the Light-Heavyweight Championship and his bulletproof vest off, sliding into the ring, as the bell rings to officially begin this contest.
<<Light-Heavyweight Championship Singles Match>>
"The Queen of Professional Wrestling" Kaori NiGHT
vs.
Light-Heavyweight Champion 50CENTAVOS (w/ Toby Yoyo)
[Referee:] Frederick Awale
FIDDY on the attack as the match officially begins, stomping away at the HUGE International Pop Star before taking to the ropes and dropping a big elbow. FIDDY up, to the ropes again as Kaori starts to sit up-- CONCUSSION KING KICK!! No! Kaori rolled out of the way! FIDDY back up into a flying forearm from NiGHT, a rapid succession of elbow drops from Kaori, and Kaori to the ropes with a NiGHTsault! Kaori doesn't go for the pin, though, as she rolls up and nails a big jumping senton! Now she goes for the pin; one-- not even close!
Kaori takes to the ropes to continue the assault, but she's tripped from Toby Yoyo on the outside and lands hard on the mat! Toby looks as innocent as possible as head referee Frederick Awale stares him down, but Awale's not pleased and ejects Toby from ringside! Toby's not pleased, and neither is the Champ, but Awale hops out of the ring and starts shoving Toby out of the ringside area! That's one way to get your point across, I guess.
FIDDY continues to argue with the ref from inside the ring, hanging out of the ring between the ropes as he yells at Awale to knock it off, leaving Kaori ample time to get up, charge FIDDY and use him as a pommel to spring over and land a seated senton right onto the back of the Light-Heavyweight Champion's own head! FIDDY bounces between the ropes as Kaori lands daintily on her feet outside the ring before sliding back in and covering, but Awale is still seeing to Toby Yoyo's ejection so no count can be made. Kaori looks up in frustration and begins to pull 50CENTAVOS up to his feet when she suddenly collapses-- wait! No! She was attacked from behind!
HOLLY!
The OG-Joshi World Champion blindsided Kaori NiGHT, hitting her in the back of the head with the OG-Joshi World Championship title! Holly leaves the ring and hides from view as the referee finally gets back to the ring, beginning a double count-out.
1...
2...
3...
4... FIDDY is able to the ropes and pulls himself up, going right for the pin; one, two, three!
50CENTAVOS wins by pinfall to retain the Light-Heavyweight Championship
Time: 11:49
[Jr.:] THAT JEZEBEL!
[Visper:] See, this is why we can't have nice things!
[Jr.:] Holly is a horrible influence!
[Visper:] This is just terrible! Kaori NiGHT is on a roll, within moments of becoming the Light-Heavyweight Champion, and that troll Holly comes out of frickin' nowhere and ruins it by hitting Kaori with the OG-Joshi World Championship!
[Jr.:] Well, ruining things is about all Holly does, it seems.
50CENTAVOS grabs the Light-Heavyweight Championship away from the ref and heads back up the entry ramp, holding the Light-Heavyweight Championship high in the air. Holly, done with hiding on the outside, appears and likewise holds the OG-Joshi World Championship as she makes her way toward the entryway. Kaori gets up, struggling with the ropes as she does, and calls for a mic from some lackey stagehand.
[Kaori:] HOLLY!
Holly stops and turns around, pointing to herself, mouthing "Who, me?"
[Kaori:] I've had it with you! This has to end, and in the most painful way possible!
Kaori shakes the ropes and then dramatically points at Holly.
[Kaori:] You!
Me!
STEEL CAGE!!
Holly's eyes open widely. Holly takes a step back, more of a stumble, and her face turns pale. Holly mouths "A...cage?" and struggles to grab a mic from a stagehand.
[Holly:] Just wait...listen, Kaori, we...we can work this out! We don't need to do this! C'mon!! You really want me to enter into a steel cage match with you?
Kaori looks straight ahead with a stoic look and nods.
[Holly:] That's....the most barbaric match possible though! A career ender! I mean...
Holly's petrified look suddenly changes as color rushes back into her face. A smirk emerges.
[Holly:] I'd be crushed!! It's hard enough being in a partially enclosed ring with you!! But a cage! That's like being in a closet with an elephant!! You and me in a cage!? My beautiful face would be pressed against the metal! I'd have so many steel bar marks against my face, you'd think my name is Jenny McLanahan!
Holly laughs out loud and then checks her watch.
[Holly:] Ahh, but it's getting late and I have places to be. Listen, Kow-ri, you want the whole "two women enter, one women leaves" thing at ASScension, you got it. But seriously girl, I'm telling boss Moto that i'm not getting in the cage with you unless you slim down to a svelte 300 pounds. I don't want to whip you into the ropes and watch one side of the cage topple down! Imagine the lawsuits!
Holly begins to turn around to walk away but then smirks on more time and looks back at Kaori.
[Holly:] Oh, hey, can you put that new title on the li- OH! Wait! I'm sorry, I TOTALLY forgot that you didn't win it! Oh well, there's always the next time you'll be mistaken as a serious challenger!! Ta ta!
Holly turns and leaves, blowing fake kisses to fans on her way out. Kaori fumes in the ring, shaking in anger.
[Visper:] Kaori NiGHT can not be a very happy Queen of Pro Wrestling right now, thanks to Holly. Then again, most of us aren't very happy just knowing that Holly even exists.
[Jr.:] Kaori with a big challenge to Holly, though, and it seems that these two are going to finally settle things inside a fifteen foot steel cag-- WOAH!!
Kaori has flipped out inside the ring, chucking her microphone away and nearly taking out Lann Avery, Jr. in the process as she starts shaking and kicking the ropes, screaming. She exits the ring, shouting things like "I'M GOING TO SCRAPE YOUR FACE OFF!!!" as she leaves the arena.
[Visper:] Jeeeeeeeezee!! I guess it's safe to say that Holly has really gotten to Kaori NiGHT!
[Jr.:] She threw her microphone at me! I could've been killed if not for my ninja-fast reflexes!
--Commercial break--
As we come back from break, Clean My Wounds transitions into Flyleaf's Justice and Mercy - the theme for Ascension.
[Visper:] After that big challenge that was thrown down just moments ago, we've already received confirmation that we will be seeing Kaori NiGHT vs Holly inside a 15-foot-tall steel cage!
[Jr.:] It was also recently revealed that Jakob Furis' demands for a rematch against Evan Divine has been accepted, and that Evan Divine has agreed to the "submission match" stipulation.
[Visper:] And the NDP Champion, Colleen, will be defending her title at Ascension. But the question is, against who? The mandate has been handed down; if Colleen can defeat both Matt Shane and Jason Wesley, then she can choose her own opponent for Ascension. But, if she loses either of those two matches, then Colleen will have to defend the NDP Championship against both of them, in a Triple Threat match!
Justice and Mercy starts to fade out in the background.
[Jr.:] And we're about to see the first of those matches right now, as Matt Shane goes up against Colleen in a non-title rematch of our Tribulation main event!
Metallica's Battery hits the arena PA system hard, and a scowling former NDP Champion Matt Shane makes his way into the arena, not playing to the crowd a bit, just power walking toward the ring. GAME FACE. BELEE DAT.
In contrast to the stoic entrance of Matt Shane is the over-the-top dramatic entrance of the current NDP Champion, "The Living Venus" Colleen. Liberate Me hits the PA, and the NDP Champion enters the arena as a cascade of golden pyro rains down from above the entryway. The NDP Championship around her waist, Colleen walks to the ring confidently, with Zachary Valentine following closely behind. Colleen enters the ring and the referee for this contest, Christopher Speil, relinquishes her of the NDP Championship. Colleen snatches the NDP Championship back out of his hands, though, and gives it a hug and a big kiss before handing it back to him. Speil turns to hand the NDP Championship to a ringside attendant and call for the bell to begin the match, and Colleen is already on the move!
<<Singles Match>>
Matt Shane
vs.
Champion "The Living Venus" Colleen (w/ Zachary Valentine)
[Referee:] Christopher Speil
Colleen charges right in, trying to catch Matt Shane off guard. But, instead of getting a surprise attack in, Colleen runs right into a Matt Shane Superkick! The former NDP Champion was prepared this time for the charge of Colleen, and he falls right into the cover; one, two, th-- A nearfall in the opening moments of the match! Incredible!
Colleen is back to her feet, holding her jaw, and is taken right back down by a lariat from a charging Matt Shane. A flying wheel kick catches her right in the face as she raises up again, and the Champion rolls out of the ring holding her face, cursing Matt Shane for damaging her visage, and Matt Shane gives her a heartfelt apology.
Yeah.
If by "heartfelt apology" you mean "sliding dropkick to the outside" - which I totally do. Matt Shane back on the attack, just on the outside, and Colleen probably hasn't taken this many shots to the face i-- No, too easy. Colleen manages to cut Matt off by nearly killing him with a punch to the throat and then a throat-first drop onto the guard railing. And then a kick to the throat for good measure. Colleen rolls back into the ring, clawing toward her corner to consult with Zachary Valentine. Matt Shane gasps for breath on the outside, and as the outside count nears 15, he seems to find the strength to fling himself to his feet and to the apron, crawling into the ring to break the count. Colleen goes for the pin and the win; one, two-- rope break!
Matt Shane got his foot on the ropes, and Colleen drags him toward the corner of the ring before outright choking Shane. Colleen tries her best job to hide her actions from the ref, but, let's face it; she's not exactly Eddie Guerrero when it comes to this stuff. Colleen lets up, giving the ref enough time to yell at her before again blatantly choking Shane. Colleen again lets up, this time rushing to the ropes to drop a big elbow on Matt Shane's neck. Colleen pulls Shane to his feet only to snap him down with a spinning neckbreaker. Colleen stomps away at Shane's chest and neck, and then clamps on a sleeper hold. Shane fights it, but starts to fade, only for Colleen to let go of the hold! Colleen kicks at Shane's body with the toe of her boot, laughing at her foe. Colleen slaps Matt in the face and head, goading the half-conscious Matt Shane into getting back up. Shane tries to shake the cobwebs loose, groggily getting to his feet-- CRUCIFIX BOMB! Colleen with that nasty Crucifix Bomb, and she goes for the pin; one, two, thr-- ROPE BREAK!
Matt Shane's foot again on the ropes, and Colleen's starting to get pissed. Colleen pulls Matt to his feet, dumping him in the corner and slapping him again before running across to the other corner and charging Shane-- Superkick! Another freakin' Superkick from Matt Shane just taking Colleen completely by surprise and it'd be no shock if she'd lost teeth from that one! Matt Shane's slumped in the corner, though, and can't make it over to cover the NDP Champion! Both wrestlers get back to their feet and start throwing punches, with Matt Shane gaining the edge before Colleen thumbs him in the eye, getting pretty much free reign to punch, kick, slap, chop, and otherwise strike Matt. Colleen steps it up with a snap suplex, drops and elbow on Shane's neck, then takes to the ropes to deliver a crushing kick to his head. Colleen covers; one, two, thr-- kickout!
Colleen doesn't stop to argue with the ref; she simply grabs Shane's head and starts smashing her elbow into it. Colleen lets up when that damned ref won't SHUT THE HELL UP ALREADY, SHE KNOWS, and the NDP Champion gives Matt a nasty stomp right in the face. Colleen "assists" Matt back to his feet, Irish whip to the corner, and sits him up on the top turnbuckle. Colleen looks like she's going to try hitting Matt Shane with his own Punk Buster finisher, but Matt starts punching his way out of Colleen's grasp, knocking her back and giving Matt a big opportunity to score a flying drop kick, knocking Colleen across the frickin' ring! Matt's up, big lariat to Colleen, Punk Drop! Haven't seen that in awhile! Matt covers; one, two, thr-- kickout!
Matt goes to the corner, climbing up and waiting for Colleen to get back up. Colleen starts staggering to her feet, Matt leaps off for another missile dropkick, but Colleen hops up and connects with a dropkick of her own, knocking Matt to the, erm, mat. Colleen covers; one, two, thr-- ROPE BREAK!
Matt with his foot on the ropes again, and Colleen just SNAPS! Colleen goes to the ropes and starts stomping and kicking at Shane's leg and foot, almost rabidly as she screams "FUCK YOUR LEG! FUCK YOUR LEG! FUCKYOURLEGGODDAMNITARRRUGHH!!" (or words to that effect), until the referee is forced to physically restrain her! Colleen argues with the ref, and Matt Shane is able to roll Colleen up in a schoooool boooooy; one, two, thre-- kickout!
Colleen rolls out of the ring and looks like she's going damned rabid, she's kicking the ring and the stairs, and just being all pissy. Matt Shane follows out, approaching the NDP Champion, and Colleen spins around to absolutely FLATTEN Matt Shane with a lariat! Colleen just starts kicking at Matt, then picks him up by his hair and rolls him into the ring, with his head sticking out under the ropes. Colleen backs up, runs toward Shane, and clobbers him with a nasty kick. Colleen heads back into the ring and starts stomping at Matt again, using the ropes to stabilize her as she starts jumping on him! Senton splash from Colleen, effectively ending her mad stomping rush! Colleen pulls Matt Shane to the middle of the ring and pins; one, two, thre-- kickout!
Colleen sizes up Matt Shane and takes to the ropes, big kick from Colleen to Matt's head-- whiffs! Matt got out of the way! Colleen spins around into a kick from Matt, AcuPUNKture! Colleen got spiked hard on the landing, Matt covers; one, two, thr-- Colleen wraps up Matt and reaches out to grab onto the ropes; one, two, three!!
"The Living Venus" Colleen wins by pinfall
Time: 17:22
[Visper:] She did it! She cheated the whole damn way through, but she did it!
[Jr.:] One down, one to go for the NDP Champion!
[Visper:] Matt Shane almost had his rematch in the bag, but the sneakiness of Colleen has once again given her the win over Matt Shane. If she can get the win over Jason Wesley on the next Maelstrom, then Colleen gets to choose her opponent for Ascension.
Colleen escapes the ring and grabs the NDP Championship, holding it high in the air as she backpedals up the entryway.
